2026 Q2 Review Management Pricing Report

An independent benchmark of 5 major review management platforms: Birdeye, Podium, NiceJob, Broadly, Thryv. Published tier pricing, location-based scaling, and contract commitments, verified against each vendor's public pricing page April 2026. Most vendors in this category hide pricing behind a sales call — we document what is published vs what is sales-call-gated.

Across 5 major review management platforms benchmarked Q2 2026, single-location pricing ranged from roughly $75/mo (NiceJob Grow) to $349/mo (Birdeye Essentials for multi-location SMB). Multi-location enterprise pricing is universally custom-quoted — expect $500–$5,000+/mo depending on seat count and AI-response feature tier.

Sweet-spot tiers across all 5 vendors

Vendor Entry (paid) Mid Pro (top) Contract
Birdeye Starter (per location) — $299/mo Growth (per location) — $349/mo Dominate (per location) — $449/mo annual
Broadly Onboarding (one-time) — $350/one-time Pro — $699/mo Premium — $999/mo monthly or annual
Grade.us Partner additional seats — $25/mo Professional (per seat) — $60/mo Partner (100 seats bundled) — $2500/mo monthly

Podium Phone seats — $30/user/mo Core — $399/mo Pro — $599/mo annual

For a single-location SMB (dentist, contractor, auto shop, spa) collecting under 200 reviews/month, NiceJob Grow or Broadly Starter at $75–$149/mo delivers the core automation (review request SMS, Google posting, alerts) without annual commit. Podium + Birdeye are where you land above 5 locations or when you need unified messaging + webchat + payments bundled.

Methodology

Data collection: April 15–24, 2026. Review management is the WORST category in our portfolio for published pricing transparency — Birdeye and Podium require a sales call for full pricing; our published numbers come from demo requests, public comparison pages, G2 reviews, and operator community discussions.

What's excluded: multi-location enterprise custom quotes (anything above 10 locations is always custom), AI-response feature overages (some vendors meter AI responses separately), SMS/texting credits (often metered beyond bundled allowances), setup / onboarding fees.
